The Foundation Humanitarian Aid Gambia f.v. (SHHG-BE) is the Belgian partner of the Stichting Humanitaire Hulp Gambia in The Netherlands (SHHG-NL). The Dutch Foundation has been involved in providing aid in The Gambia for more than fifteen years.
The global strategy of the Foundation is development in The Gambia in the broadest sense: through developing projects on an educational, medical and rural level we aim to improve the standard of living in The Gambia.
We are a 'de facto' organisation but hope to become a non-profit organisation.
