The non-profit association Steen is an independent organization that undertakes humanitarian projects in developing countries, in particular for institutions with a social impact (hospitals, schools, etc.).
The activities of the non-profit association Steen (under the subname 'Vrienden van Sukuta') are now concentrated in The Gambia (Sukuta Village, Kombo North, Western Division), in particular the Sukuta Health Centre - Maternity Unit.
